Marketplace submissions
Submit only homes you own or are authorized in writing to represent. You grant homes.SC permission to display submitted descriptions, photos and property details. You must have the necessary image rights, provide accurate information and promptly mark homes sold or withdrawn. We may return or remove submissions for inaccuracies, missing authority or inappropriate content. Publication lasts up to 30 days before another availability review. Content review does not verify title, condition or every representation.
Accounts and subscriptions
Homeowner listings and basic agent profiles are free. Paid Agent Pro enrollment is available only when enabled and at the price displayed before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the Stripe billing portal; the portal shows the effective cancellation date. No inquiries, sales, ranking or search-engine placement are guaranteed. Account suspension or disabling does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription; contact support or use the billing portal to cancel. Never share your password.
About the directory
homes.SC helps you explore South Carolina property information and request introductions to agents in our directory. Searching or requesting an introduction does not create an agency relationship, a purchase agreement, or a financing commitment.
Property information
Availability, prices, descriptions, and photos can change. Confirm all details with the listing brokerage. Supplementary online results are source links and may contain outdated or incomplete information. They are not a verification that a property is available within your budget. Decorative website imagery is illustrative, not a listing.
Agent introductions
Recommendations are based on agents entered in the homes.SC directory, their active service cities, and stated price coverage. This is not a ranking of every agent in the market. You decide whether to request an introduction and which professional to work with.
Alerts
Alerts are optional and depend on available listing information and connected delivery services. We do not guarantee that every new listing will appear or that a message will arrive before a property changes status. Do not rely on alerts as your sole source of information.
Equal housing opportunity
Searches and introductions use city, budget, and property criteria. We do not use protected personal characteristics to determine which homes or agents you can access.

For help with a submitted search, use the contact channel provided when homes.SC or your assigned agent follows up. Text subscribers can reply HELP through the configured messaging service.
