Local possibilities.
Clear expectations.
homes.SC is a South Carolina home-search directory and introduction service, powered by Page 56 and funded by Marcus Ventures.
What we do
We help visitors choose a city and budget, explore available property sources, and request introductions to agents entered in our directory. We are not a brokerage, lender, insurer, or substitute for professional advice. Listing coverage depends on connected feeds and authorized submissions.
How referrals work
Agents are suggested by active city coverage and stated price range. Directory inclusion is not an independent endorsement or a ranking of every professional. Services are entered by the administrator; any supplied referral or commercial disclosure appears with the service. You decide whom to contact.
Meet Charles
Charles is an AI site attendant powered by OpenAI when connected. He explains the site and offers directory-based referrals. Chat is separate from the contact form. Charles cannot approve financing, book a tour, promise availability, or provide personalized professional advice.
Our editorial standards
Our home journal focuses on useful questions and practical preparation. AI-assisted drafts use an administrator-maintained queue of topics and source notes. Daily drafts remain private until an editor reviews the text and its sources, adds a reviewer name, and publishes it. Foundation guides created during site setup are labeled when independent review is pending. We label AI assistance, show publication and update dates, and link supporting resources. Publication dates change only when an article is published; update dates reflect actual edits.
We do not generate invented market trends, neighborhood demographics, listings, testimonials, or expert credentials. We do not create pages simply to repeat search keywords. Search-engine and AI-answer inclusion are not guaranteed.
Corrections & contact
Use the contact form with Charles to leave a request for the homes.SC team. A public support email will appear here once the operator adds it.
